1962 Ideal Tammy

Vintage c. 1962 Ideal Tammy doll with short blonde bob and bright facial features. She's marked on her back and neck Ideal Toy Corp BS 12 4. She wearing a vintage white blouse with red stitched pleats and a red and white checked skirt with suspenders. The skirt is tagged "Hong Kong," which makes me think this might have been an outfit for Barbie or Skipper. I'm not a Barbie collector, so if someone recognizes this outfit, please let me know!
