WE SHIP TO: At this time we are only able to ship to the continental United States.

SHIPPING: Items shipped to locations in the continental United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and require a street address for shipment--no exceptions. Doll Avenue has limited our shipping options to USPS Priority Mail to assure our customers have the least problems receiving their orders. Once we receive your order and confirm your payment we will notify you by email that your shipment is on its way!

SHIPPING/HANDLING COSTS: Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process based on the following order totals. USPS Priority shipping includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.

$8.95 for orders up to $60

$10.95 for orders $60.01 to $100
$12.50 for orders $100.01 to $200
$15.00 for orders $200.01 to $350
$18.00 for all orders over $350

SHIPPING WITHIN CA:
$6.50 for orders up to $150

$8.50 for orders $150.01 to $350
$12.00 for all orders over $350

LOSS/DAMAGE: We package all items carefully and securely for shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended as we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by USPS. When your item leaves our shop it is in perfect condition unless otherwise stated. We have no control over a shipment once it is in the hands of the USPS. The CUSTOMER will have to address any insurance claims with USPS per their guidelines, though we will be happy to assist in providing any necessary information needed to file a claim.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but will take returns that meet our guidelines below.

Vintage and Sale Items

All Vintage dolls are final sale. No returns permitted. We will do our best to represent these collectible dolls accurately. If something is important to you, please ask questions BEFORE purchasing. All vintage sales are FINAL and sold AS IS, so please email us with questions before placing your order.
All Clearance and Special Sale items are FINAL. No returns permitted.

New and Regular Priced Items

All regular priced items may be returned or exchanged based on the guidelines below. Shipping charges are not refunded on returns.
You MUST notify us within three days of receipt or we will not be able to accept your return. You must contact us via email or the website contact form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to returning a doll.
Please include the reason for the return and the order number.
Return the item(s) in their original condition with a copy of your Invoice and the Authorization Number.
Please pack carefully in a box large enough to hold the item; the Post Office has several sizes of FREE Priority Mail boxes you can use. For your protection you may wish to insure your item. Return shipping is at your own expense.
Refunds (excluding shipping) are given only on merchandise returned in the same mint condition in which it was received.
