This is an exquisite MIB Madame Alexander Cissette “Cafe Rose” from the 1997 Platinum Fashion Collection with the white hand tag. It is the smaller version of the famous Cissy doll with the same style and elegance. Cissette has Tosca hair styled in a fancy top and back rolled bun, brown fluttery eyes, painted lower lashes and a “beauty mark” under her eye.
Cissette is wearing a stunning ivory satin tea-length cocktail dress with brown jeweled embroidery and velvet accents. A large brown velvet rose decorates the waist and coordinates with the velvet rose on the cape and hat. She has a faux mink trimmed organza wrap, velvet rose and feathered fascinator hat, strappy brown high heels, brown underwear and a tulle brown petticoat. Her headpiece and pendant are still sealed in a plastic bag and stapled to the head brace. The box is in excellent condition as well, with some wrinkling to the inside tissue. Pictures show the actual doll in her box, but also a reference picture, since this doll has not been displayed and NRFB.
