We do not share, sell or otherwise divulge your personal information to anyone outside of our transaction. Your telephone number is used as your customer # within our store's computer system only. Doll Avenue Newsletter- We do send out periodic email newsletters too our customers with the latest on new dolls, doll sales, and special offers. To sign-up for our newsletter, click on the page link in the side menu bar or click here Newsletter Sign-Up. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, simply follow the Safe Unsubscribedirections at the bottom of any newsletter you receive.

HOW TO ORDER: We use a shopping cart and Paypal for purchases. You can order items at this site by using our Secure Checkout system--just click on the applicable button to add your item(s) to your checkout cart, pick checkout, and follow the directions. Pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a follow-up email once we've verified your payment and shipped your package.

TAX: Sales tax of 8.50% will automatically be added to every order delivered to a California address.

LAYAWAYS: Paypal is our preferred method of payment. However, we have begun offering layaway on a trial basis on orders over $100.00.

Prior approval must be made via email to info@dollavenue.com.Please specify "Layaway" in the subject line of the email so that the request is not overlooked. Include your name and the items you wish to purchase.
We will contact you via email with a layaway contract and payment installment dates.

Please review the terms and payment plan below and on your contract.Email me with any questions.
Click the link provided in the email to complete our electronic Layaway Terms and Agreements form.

Once the terms are agreed upon, we will provide an authorization #for you to use during checkout.

How to place your order once you receive your authorization #:

Visit our website and click on the order button to add your item(s) to the shopping cart. When you�re done adding your item(s), click �Continue to Checkout� and complete follow the directions.
Insurance is required on all layaway orders. Please select the appropriate amount of insurance for your order.
Please note that layaway orders do NOT qualify for discounts or web promotions.
There are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS on layaway items.

Layaway Terms & Agreements:

The customer agrees to make 3 or 4 equal monthly payment installments via either a USPS Postal Money Order or PayPal. Please note that we do not accept checks.
If paying via PayPal monthly invoices

We will send a monthly money request for the payments on the same date each month.
Payments are to be made within 3 days.

If paying via USPS Postal Money Order:

We will provide a mailing address to send your payments.
Payments will be due each month by the date listed in the contract term agreement.
We do not send individual layaway reminders, so please be sure to keep track of your payment schedule.
Late payments will be subject to cancellation and/or additional late fees.

Layaway payments are NOT refundable. Your layaway will be automatically cancelled if no payment is received within the term agreement.
An email notification will be sent when the final payment has been received. We'll also include a �Paid in Full� statement with your package upon shipment.
